Seaside Oasis

Set on the marsh with a deep water dock, this custom-built home tastefully blends sophisticated design and nature-centric tranquility. The facade boasts painted brick exterior siding paired with a striking dark bronze metal AlumaKlad roof. The home invites you in through a sleek Black Eurowall pivot entry door, flanked by Andersen aluminum clad windows, creating a stunning first impression.
Upon entry, the home reveals its unique architectural elements, like the indoor live palm tree positioned within the embrace of a floating staircase in the foyer. The kitchen commands attention with its luxury Sub Zero & Wolf appliances, custom white oak cabinetry, soapstone-wrapped hood and backsplash, alongside a striking fluted tile accent wall, stretching from the countertop to the ceiling. Underneath the hood are two retractable spice drawers with a flush finish.

Central to the space is a waterfall island crafted from satin Neolith Mont Blanc Callacata stone featuring brass inlays and mitered edges. This area is lit by two oversized visual comfort brass pendants. A scullery equipped with Subzero Wolf appliances, including a wine fridge, refrigerator drawers, and a built-in Miele coffee machine, complements the high-end kitchen setup.
The laundry room follows the home’s luxurious theme with stunning wallpaper and a unique inset marble dog feeding station. Living spaces are reimagined with plush interiors, such as the reeded white oak walls and ceiling in the primary bedroom, which also features secret access to a plastered lavish bathroom adorned with a black concrete bathtub and a steam-capable oversized plastered shower.
Each room throughout the residence—be it the office’s plastered walls or the living room’s plastered fireplace with a floating stone bench—exudes elegance and comfort. Exterior amenities include an infinity pool with spa and a putting green, perfect for relaxing while enjoying the breathtaking marsh views. Each element of this home has been meticulously planned to ensure unparalleled living experiences amidst the serene landscapes of Daniel Island.
